As part of exploration of animation, What’s That Sound!? tries to recreate the thrill of getting up to explore the source of an unknown sound coming from the hallway. In this short piece, a child (who unintentionally resembles myself) hears a sound coming from an open door and actually discovers a monster.

Fortunately horror movie monsters aren’t real. Also, most of the time unknown sounds at home are benign in the real world. What’s That Sound!? animation is actually silent. So, don’t worry it’s not a jump scare!
